You can return a product ordered in the Miva Fashion online-shop within 14 days of the receipt purchase.
All products to be returned must be in an unworn condition, carefully repackaged in their original packing, which means to remain FITTED WITH ALL SECURITY seals and tags still attached.
To ensure that we can process your return as quickly as possible, we recommend that you use the return process as follows.
Please follow the return instructions ON THE RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORM enclosed with your parcel and mail IT back to us WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT (Please contact us if you don’t have one).
- In the case of exchange PLEASE REMEMBER TO IDENTIFY WHAT ITEM YOU WOULD LIKE IN EXCHANGE. ***EXCHANGES ARE BASED ON STOCK AVAILABILITY
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. However EXCHANGES will be SHIPPED FREE OF CHARGE (for the first one within UK only).
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Miva Fashion and for re-shipping for exchanges on All INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
- IF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE ORIGINAL, THE DIFFERENCE WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU VIA THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT.
- IF THE REPLACEMENT ITEM IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ORIGINAL ITEM, YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM FOR REFUND AND THEN PURCHASE THE NEW, HIGHER OR LOWER PRICED ITEM.
- EXCHANGES TAKE 2-3 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS PLUS THE DELIVERY TIME TO YOUR AREA.
- When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product. YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER'S Payment Choice, If you received the item(s) as a gift, the sender will be refunded automatically.
- RETURNS FOR REFUND ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-3 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM, CARD REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR BANK TO COMPLETE, DEPENDING ON THEIR PROCESSING TIME. THIS CAN VARY GREATLY BETWEEN CARD ISSUERS. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO INFLUENCE THIS.
- Sale products are non-refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds on products, pierced jewellery ,eyelashes,underwear, swimwear & bodysuits.

We will not refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging with all original garment tags and security seals still attached.

- Howsoever you have 14 (fourteen) days to return the merchandise. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period of time. If you are returning an item for a refund the cost of freight will not be refunded unless the item you

CUSTOM MADE DESIGNS are non- refundable, you can exchange them for another size (only ones) due to be made to order.
